to make such entry upon the margin of the record of the
reconveyance aforesaid, as shall adequately express the
action of the Trustees in the premises.

Contract for Perpetual Repair of Lot 845

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guarantee the
perpetual repair of Lot No 845 upon Central Av. be-
longing to the late Ann M. Tracy, deceased, for four
hundred and fifty dollars, – four hundred dollars being
for the perpetual care of said Lot, and fifty dollars for
immmediate use in regrading and improving the same,
and that said contract had been duly Executed by Wm
G. Means
, Executor of the late proprietor, and the money paid,

Voted, – that the said contract be concurred in

Upon the petition of the parties in interest
representatives were designed for Lots as follows, viz;

Sarah E. Shurtleff of Boston, daughter of Hiram Smith
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Forty=eight.

Francis W. Hunnewell of Boston, Trustee of Eliza Smith, widow,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One hundred and thirty=two.

" [Lot] 1403
William Harris of Boston, son of Isaac Harris,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Fourteen hundred and three.

" [Lot] 1444
L. Philip Morrison of Boston, sonn-in-law of Barnabas Thacher
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Fourteen hundred and forty=four.
