action of the Trustees in the premises.

Contract for Perpetual Repair of Lot 845

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guarantee the
perpetual repair of Lot N^o 845 upon Central Av. be-
longing to the late Ann M. Tracy, deceased, for four
hundred and fifty dollars, – four hundred dollars being
for the perpetual care of said Lot, and fifty dollars for
immmediate use in regrading and improving the same,
and that said contract had been duly Executed by W^m
G. Means, Executor of the late proprietor, and the money paid,
it was

Voted, – that the said contract be concurred in

Upon the petition of the parties in interest
representatives were designed for Lots as follows, viz;
