Trustees. September 14^t, 1870 Hazel Dell. Improvement of

Committee on Grounds, by unanimous Vote, – to wit; –

A communication dated August 19^t, 1870, accompanied
by a Plan, recommending certain improvements upon the land
in Hazel Dell, and the laying out of new Lots upon said premises.

Mrs Sarah J. Locke, Lot 280, Drainage of.

A communication dated August 25, 1870, accompanied
with a Plan recommending that Lot N^o 280, belonging to Mrs.
Sarah J. Locke be slightly raised in order to secure the more
complete drainage thereof.

Receiving Tomb.

A communication dated September 13^t, 1870 "concerning
the best mode of finishing a portion of the new Receiving Tomb."

Contract for Perpet. Repair of Lot. 3637.

The Secretary stated that the Committee on Lots had
contracted with the Executors of the Will of William J. Walker
deceased, proprietors of Lot N^o 3637, for the perpetual care of
said Lot for eight hundred dollars, ($800.–)

Voted, – that the said contract be concurred in.

Upon the petition of the parties in interest, representatives
were designated for Lots as follows;– viz;–

deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred and nine.

Almira C. Train of Saugus, widow of Enoch Train,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred and sixty.
