recommendation that the attention of the Superintendent should
be directed to the preparation of "a List of such suitable fruit-
bearing shrubbery as we can recommend for planting in the
Cemetery."

Voted, – that the Report of the Committee be accepted, and
the recomendation thereof adopted.

Flavel Moseley's Note & Mortgage

An oral communication was received from Mr. Rand in
reference to the Note of Flavel Moseley of Dorchester for $5000.00
secured by mortgage of that amount on premises on Crescent
Av. Dorchester, held by the Corporation as a part of the "Repair Fund," –
stating that Mr. Moseley desired to obtain from the Corporation
a release of a portion of the premises covered by said Mortgage,
proposing to furnish the other security in the place of the property
so released. After consideration it was

Portion of premises to be released.

Voted, – that the Treasurer and Secretary be, and they
are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a Deed of Release
of so much of the premises included in the mortgage of Flavel
Moseley
to the corporation as Mr. Rand has recommended to be
released, upon receipt of a certificate from Mr. Rand that the
papers and all the arrangements in the case are satisfactory
to him-

Repairs on Tombs of Trull & Blaney Report of the completion of.

A Report was received from Mr. N. J. Bradlee, in
behalf of the Committee, (Messrs. Norcross and Bradlee,) under
whose direction the Superintendent was instructed to make
such repairs on the tombs of Mrs. Ezra Trull and Henry Blaney
as might appear to be necessary, – to the effect that they had
"caused the said tombs to be rebuilt, and that they are now
in perfect order."
