July 13^t, 1870.
The regular monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was notified to be held on Wednesday, July 13^t, 1870, at half
past three o'clock P. M.

At the day and hour aforesaid the President and Messrs.
Turner and N. J. Bradlee were present, but for want of a quorum
the Meeting was adjourned, to reassemble at such day and hour
as should be indicated by the President in the manner prescribed
by Article 3^d of the By=Laws paragraph 2^d.
