The following papers are spread upon the record
in accordance with the Vote of the Trustees recorded at p. 3, accts.

Bond of H. B. Mackintosh Treasr.

Know all men by these presents that we, Henry B. Mackintosh
of Boston in the County of Suffolk, and Horatio Chickering and
Ebenezer P. Burgess both of Dedham in the County of Norfolk
and Commonwealth of Massachusets are holden and firmly
bound unto the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
in the penal sum of Ten thousand dollars, to the payment of
which we bind ourselvs by these presents. Sealed with our
seals and dated this.

The condition of the above obligation is such that
wheres the said Henry B. Mackintosh has been duly appointed
Treasurer of the said corporation; Now if the said Mackintosh
shall well and truly perform all of his duties as such Treasurer,
during such time as he may continue in the said office, under
the said appointment, and under any and all future elections
to the said office, and shall well and truly account with and
pay over to the said Corporation on ceasing to hold the said office,
any and all such sums of money, and shall deliver over all
property and evidences of property which shall be in his custody as such
Treasurer, when he ceased to hold said office, then this obligation shall void,
otherwise to remain in full force.
