Bradlee.
Trustees. Comn from Supt. as to the use of Granite Curbstones
A communication asking whether any restrictions existed
in deeds or otherwise rendering necessary the use of granite curbstone
exclusively for Lots.
Voted, that the Secretary be instructed to refer the Superinten-
dent to Article 25 of the By=Laws as an answer to his Enquiry.
Bills of Shedd & als.
Certain bills for surveys and plans due to Mr. Shedd, and
Messrs Shedd & Sawyer were referred to the President without vote.
Coms rep. progress leave to sit again
The following named Committees reported progress, and
were granted leave to sit again.
The committee on Grounds, to whom was "referred" the Memorial
of Sundry proprietors for the purchase by the Corporation of land West
of the Cemetery."
Same Committee, on the question as to "what action shall be
taken relative to the completion of the Receiving Tomb."
Change of By-Laws
Special Committee, (Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Livermore and
Norcross,) to consider and report what changes, if any, are desirable
in the By=Laws.
Repairs of Supts house.
Special Committee; "on change of Superintendent," (Messrs J. T.
Bradlee, Brewer and N. J. Bradlee,) on repairs of the Superintendent's
house.
Flagstone Crossing.
The Reception House Committee on the expediency of providing
a broad flag=stone crossing between the Gate and the Reception House."
Change of Supt Rep. of Committee
The Committee appointed , (Messrs J. T. Bradlee
Brewer and N. J. Bradlee,) "upon the subject matter of transfer under
the vote relating to change of Superintendent," reported that they had
attended to the duty assigned them, and that the said transfer had
been duly effected.
