duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mt Auburn

Trustees

The regular monthly Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, , at half past three o'clock P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs N. J. Bradlee, T. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Livermore, Norcross, Rand, Sleeper and Turner.

The record of the last Meeting was read and approved.

Com. on Finance Report of

A Report was received from the Committee on Finance, as follows:

Report of the Committee on Finance.

"The Committee on Finance would respectfully report that
the newly elected officers of the Corporation, for Treasurer H. B.
MacKintosh
, and for Secretary Saml Batchelder jr., have assumed
the duties of their respective offices, – and the necessary transfer
of the books and papers from the late Treasurer and Secretary, Mr.
Coolidge
has taken place, in accordance with the vote to the Trustees.
Mr. MacKintosh, the Treasurer, has given the required Bond, and
Mr. Batchelder has taken the oath of office as recorded.

The receipt of H. B. MacKintosh of the evidences of property
which has been passed into his hands as Treasurer of the Corporation
is hereto annexed
