Salary of Treasurer _

Voted that the Salary of the Treasurer for the present
year be fixed at two thousand dollars ($2000.)

Salary of Secretary _

Voted that the salary of the Secretary for the present year
be fixed at fifteen hundred dollars ($1500).

Time for change Treas^r & Sec.y 1^st Monday in June _

Voted that the first Monday in June be fixed
as the time for the transfer of the offices of Treasurer
and Secretary from the present officer to the Treas-
urer and Secretary elect, with all books of record,
and account, and money and evidences of property
of the Corporation.

Building of Fence at Reception House suspended.

On motion of N. J. Bradlee,

Voted that the
Superintendent be notified at once to suspend all
work on the fence on the line between the Reception House
and land of Alexander M^cDonald. _

Payments on Reception House ratified _

On motion by Mr Turner,

Voted that the payments
which have been made by the Treasurer under
the sanction of the Committee chosen last year to
build a Reception House be ratified. _

Com^ee on Reception House renewed _

also _

Voted that Messrs Austin & Norcross appointed last
year on said Committee be reappointed. _
