Trustees _ Apr. 25, 1870

A Special Meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday April 25, 1870, at ten o'clock
a.m. _

There were present, the President and
Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer, Liver-
more, Rand, and, (before the close of the meeting)
Mr Lovejoy. _

The record of the last meeting was
read and approved. _

Report on Time for Sup^t elect to enter on his duties _

The President, for the special committee to
arrange the time when Mr Folsom shall assume the
duties of his office as Superintendent, reported,

recommending
that the retirement of the present Superintendent
and the induction of the Superintendent elect take
place on the 30^th day of April.

Voted to accept the report, and adopt
the recommendation. _

Sec.y to notify Sup^t & Sup^t elect of time for change of Supt^s _

Voted that the Secretary be directed to inform
the present Superintendent that his services will
terminate on the 30^th day of April current, and
the Superintendent elect, that his time of service
will commence at the close of that day.

Transfer of office of Sup^t ref^d to Com^ee

On motion by Mr Turner,

Voted that the subject matter of transfer
under the vote relating to change of Superintendent
