Choice of Standing Committees _

The choice of a Superintendent being next in
order.

On motion by Mr Norcross, it was

Voted to postpone
the election of Superintendent to an adjourned
meeting.

Recommendⁿ of Proprietors referred to a Special Com^ee

On motion also by Mr Norcross, it was _

Voted that the recommendations of the Proprietors
at the Annual Meeting on the 7^th inst., and the
papers connected therewith be referred to a Committee
of five from this Board _ with authority to make such
examination and investigation as they may deem expe-
dient, and to report to this Board at the next meeting,
