Choice of Sec.y & Treas^r postponed - Question of union of the Offices and nomination of Sec.y & Treas^r referred to Com^ee

The next business in order being the choice of a
Secretary and a Treasurer.

On motion by E. S. Rand Esq it was

"Voted that the
election of Treasurer and Secretary be postponed,
and that a Committee be appointed to consider
the expediency of continuing the union of the
offices of Treas^r and Sec.y in the same person,
and to report to this Board the name or names of
a suitable person or persons for those offices."

It was further Voted that the Com^ee consist of three,
and the Chair appointed

The Board then proceeded to the choice
of Committees by ballot, and the same having been
chosen by separate ballot, were declared constituted
as follows: _
