Trustee's Annual Report.

Sect. 5. Such parts of Sections two, three, four, and five of
Chapter ninety-six of the Acts of the year, or of any Act in addition thereto, which may
be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby
repealed.

Approved .

In compliance with the foregoing Act of the Legislature,
the Trustees at their meeting held , voted,
to proceed to divide their board into six classes, and to
decide, by lot at what time the period of service of each
of the present incumbents should expire. The lots being
drawn, the result was declared as follows, (the name of
Mr. Charles C. Little, deceased, being omitted,) _
To go out of office at the Annual Meeting
