Amendments proposed _ to By-Laws _ Art. 3, and Art. 7.

Page 9 - "We therefore recommend our Board of
Trustees to recall their amendment to Article 7 of
the By-laws passed by their , and
to substitute therefor the following changes in the
By-Laws.

1st Amending Article 3d, so that it shall read,
after the word "Trustee," in the third line of the last clause: _

"And neither the Superintendent, Gate Keeper, nor
any paid servant of the Corporation shall have any
interest in, or receive any compensation whatever,
direct or indirect for any work designed for the Ceme-
tery or for any lot or lots therein, or for materials
furnished for the same in any manner whatsoever:" _
and

Amending Article 7, by adding after the word
"perquisites",

"And he shall not receive from any pro-
prietor, or contractor for work or material any com-
mission, fees, presents, or any compensation direct
or indirect, for any services rendered by him, and
nothing contained in any other article of the By-laws
shall be construed as to conflict with or set
aside these restrictions."
