Trustees _ Feb.y 1, 1870 _ Adj^d Meeting _

And adjourned meeting of the Trustees of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held on Tues-
day, February 1^st 1870, at ten o'clock a.m. ~

There were present the President and Messrs
Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore, Lovejoy,
Norcross, Rand and Sleeper. _

The record of the last meeting was read.

Annual Report of Trustees _

The President, for the Board, read the Annual
Report of the Trustees, and the same was accepted
and adopted. _

Annual Report of Treas^r

The Treasurer read his annual report, which
had been duly audited, and the same was accepted,
and ordered to be printed with the report of the
Trustees, and presented at the Annual Meeting.

Rep^t of Com. on Lots on semi-annual visitations _

The Report of the Committee on Lots on the semi-
annual visitation of lots cared for under the Repair
Fund, and upon the condition of said fund was read
and accepted. _

Proposed Railroad near Cemetery _

Voted to refer the matter of the proposed rail-
road from Watertown to Boston to the President and
Mr Rand with authority to employ counsel, if they
see fit.
