The Committee on Lots further reported
that no alteration of the by law relating to the
Repair Fund was deemed necessary: _ and
the report was accepted. _

Amendt to Art. 7 _ Superintendt. adopted by yea and nay vote _

The Amendment to Article 7, proposed
at the last meeting, was taken from the table.

Mr Cheever moved to strike out from said
proposed amendment all after the words _
"rendered by him": but the motion was rejected. _

Mr Rand moved the adoption of the proposed
amendment.

Mr Cheever called for the yeas and nays _

Upon the question being taken, _

Messrs Adams, Austin, Bigelow, Bowditch, Liv-
ermore
, Norcross, Rand and Read, voted yea _
and Mr Cheever " [voted] nay. _

And the Amendment as proposed was
declared to be adopted as a part of By-law article
seven. ~
