Trustees - Jan.y 18, 1870.

A meeting of the Trustees was held according to
adjournment on Tuesday, January 18^th 1870, at
ten o'clock a.m _

There were present the President, and
Messrs Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever,
Livermore, Norcross, Rand and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Form of contract for Perpetual Repair of Lots adopted _

The Committee on Lots reported back the
form of contract for perpetual repair of lots re-
ferred to them at the last meeting, recommending
that it be adopted in the form first reported, with the
addition of a clause requiring a special vote of the
Board of Trustees, before using any portion of the
surplus income of the Repair Fund for ornamenting
and preserving the grounds of the Cemetery.

Voted to accept the report, and that the
form of contract for the perpetual repair of lots, as
now presented, be adopted and hereafter used _
the same being in form as follows: _
