The record of the last meeting was read.

Amend^t respecting Election of Trustees adopted _

The amendment proposed at the last meeting
to article 2^d of the By-laws, to wit _ that the words
"The Trustees for the ensuing year shall be
elected by ballot" _ be stricken out, and
the following inserted in the same place _

"The vacancies in the board of Trustees
caused by death, resignation or by the Expiration
of the term for which any Trustees were elected
shall be filled by ballot" _

was taken from

the table and adopted. _

Vote adopting form of contract for perpetual repair reconsidered _ & subject referred to Com. on Lots _

On motion by Mr Rand, it was

Voted that the vote by which a new form
of contract to guarantee the perpetual repair of lots
was adopted at the last meeting be recon-
sidered. _

After a motion made to restore the words _ "Repair
Fund," as in the origional draft where the words
"Guaranty Fund" now stand, and discussion
thereupon, and the subsequent withdrawal of
said motion _

it was, on motion by Mr Rand _
