Trustees _

A meeting of the Trustees was held according
to adjournment on Tuesday , at
10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present, the President, and Messrs.
Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore, Lovejoy, Nor-
cross
, Rand, Read and Sleeper. _

The record of the last meeting was read.

Amendt to By-law relating to Election of Trustees proposed _

Mr Rand proposed the following amendment
to the By-laws: _

In article 2d, substitute for the third
sentence, reading _ "The Trustees for the ensuing year
shall be elected by ballot _"

the words _

"The vacancies
in the Board of Trustees caused by death, resignation
or by the expiration of the term for which any Trustees were
elected shall be filled by ballot."

Form of contract for perpetual repair of Lots _

Voted to take from table the form of con-
tract proposed by Mr Rand at the last meeting,
to be used for guaranteeing the perpetual repair of lots.

Mr Livermore moved that the form of contract
submitted by Mr Rand be adopted.

After a lengthy discussion the motion was
adopted. _
