Com^ee to secure fulfilment of Granit Railway Co', contract _

Voted that the same Committee that had charge
of the suits of the Granite Railway Company against this
Corporation, (Messrs Bigelow, Norcross and Bowditch)
be a Committee to see that the agreement of said Granite
Railway Company to deliver the remainder of the stones
for the Receiving Tomb front on or before the 1^st of
March next, is duly Executed.

Form of Contract for Perpet^l Repair _

Mr Rand, to whom was referred the communication
of A. S. Wheeler Esq. objecting to the present form of
contract for the perpetual repair of lots in the Cemetery
reported verbally, recommending that a new form of
contract for the perpetual repair of lots be substituted
for the form now in use, and he submitted a
draft of the same. _

After some discussion it was

Voted to postpone the consideration of this subject
to the next meeting, and that the Secretary send a
written copy of the proposed form of contract for per-
petual repair to each member of the Board for his
inspection. ~

Report of Com^ee relating to classification of Board of Trustees _

Mr Rand for the Committee appointed to consider
and report in what manner the provisions of the
last act of the Legislature, relating to the choice of
Trustees, should be carried out, submitted the written
report of the Committee, which is as follows: _
