M^r Norcross for the Committee appointed
on the 12^th of October to examine and report whether the
by law forbidding officers to have any interest in any
materials furnished for the Cemetery, had been infringed,
submitted a written report thereon.

After consideration, the
acceptance of the report was moved.

Cheever, it was

accepted by yea & nay vote _

Voted. That the question be taken by yeas and nays.

The question being taken, the report was accepted
