The Committee understand from the referees
that the Granite RWC are to deliver at Mount Auburn
in good order and free of expense the urn scrolls and
other pieces of granite which are now upon their premises
at Quincy, and which have been manufactured by said
Granite RWCo under the contracts referred to herein.
Upon the receipt of an obligation from the Granite
RWCo to deliver said remaining granite, the Committee
recommend the payment of the awards and costs, and
also of the bill of RD Smith Esqr.
