Trustees _ Adj^d Meeting _ Novem^r 23, 1869 _

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees was
held on Tuesday November 23 1869, at 10 o'clock am.

There were present the President and
Mess^rs Adams, Austin, Cheever, Bowditch Lovejoy
and Norcross, and subsequently M^r Rand _ 8

Report of Committee on suits of Granite Rail^y Co.y vs. this Corpⁿ _

M^r Norcross for the Committee on suits
of the Granite Railway Company against this Corpo-
ration, submitted the following as the report of the
Committee.

"Office Mount Auburn Cemetery
Boston Nov^r 23, 1869

The undersigned a Committee appointed by
the Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery to attend in
their behalf to the reference lately pending between
Granite Railway Company and Mount Auburn Cemetery

Report.

That in pursnance of that duty,
they did attend a hearting on the 8^th of July last, and
sundry adjournments of same, and offered such evi-
dence as was within their command. Below we hand
a statement of the final award of the referees _ viz

Granite Railway Company
