Quest. of Abatement of Tax Bill of City of Cambridge referred to Finance Comee

The Tax bill of the city of Cambridge,
for the current year being considered in excess of what
is just, was also referred to the Committee of Finance
to take such course as they should deem proper to secure
abatement.

Erection of house on Wyeth Estate committee to Special Comee.

The question which was postponed to this to this
meeting, viz. the erection of a house on land opposite
to the main entrance to Mount Auburn, was taken
up _ and after discussion the following order was adopted.

That Messrs Austin Cheever & Norcross
be a Committee with full power to cause a building to
be erected on the Wyeth estate for accommodation of
proprietors and visitors, subject to future direction
of this Board.

Rhododendrons near Gate to have covering for winter _

Voted. That Mr Rand be a committee to cause the
large Rhododendrons near near the gate to be
properly covered during the winter season.
