Perpetl repair of Lot 2600.

The Committee on lots reported that they had
contracted with the Executrix of Robert Ripley late
proprietor of lot numbered twenty six hundred, for the
perpetual repair of said lot for four hundred and fifty
dollars.

Voted. That said contract be ratified.

Comee reports Plan of house for Wyeth Estate.

Mr Lovejoy for the Committee to report what
improvement ought to be made of the Wyeth Estate.—
opposite the main entrance to Mount Auburn, sub-
mitted drawings furnished by Washburn & Son Architects,
of a building which it was thought might answer the
purpose.

After discussion the subject was postponed
to the next meeting of the Board.

Resolutions of Respect for Chas. C. Little.

The following resolutions were then pre-
sented to the Board, and unanimously adopted.

Whereas the painful intelligence of the
removal from life on the of one of the oldest
members of this board has been announced: _

Be it Resolved that in the death of
Charles C. Little, Esquire, whose official connection
with the Trustees of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
has continued uninterruptedly for the period of
seventeen years, we have to regret the loss of an –
