Trustees _

The regular meeting of the Trustees was
held on Tuesday , at 10 o'clock AM.

There were present, the President, Messrs
Austin, Cheever, Lovejoy and Norcross.

The record of the last meeting was read

Amendt of By-law _ Interment _

The amendment ot the By laws proposed
at the last meeting was read and adopted, and is as
follows.

In the 19th article, substitute for the clause
"Where more than one interment is made in the same
grave, the last shall be at least three feet below the
surface of the ground," the following. "Not more
than two interments shall be made in the same grave,
the latter of which shall be at least three feet below the
surface of the ground."

Report on A. McDonald's proposal to sell marble shop.

The President of the Committee on
Grounds reported upon the matter of purchasing the
marble shop of A. McDonald referred to them at the
meeting of the Board , that Mr Mc
Donald
had removed the shop from the ground before
action of the Committee, and the Committee there-
for ask to be discharged from further consideration
of the subject.

The report was accepted, and the
Committee discharged.
