Perpetual Repair of Lot 3772 _
The Secretary reported that the Committee
on Lots had contracted with Sarah E. De
Grushe, proprietor of lot numbered thirty seven
hundred and seventy two (3772) for the perpetual
repair of said lot for one hundred and fifty
dollars. _
Voted that said contract be ratified.
Representation of Lots
Representatives were designated for lots as follows: _
1387
Theodore R. Glover of Hingham, to represent lot
no 1387 belonging to the heirs of Stephen Glover, decd
2279
David Tucker of East Somerville, Guardian of
the only surviving heirs being minors of Linus A. Phillips,
late proprietor of lot numbered 2279. _
Proposal of J. F. Stone & others to sell meadow _
A written proposal, signed by James F. Stone
and other tenants in common of five acres of
meadow, more or less, situated on the easterly side
of Coolidge Avenue opposite to the Engine House in
the Cemetery, agreeing to sell said land to this
Corporation at the rate of one thousand dollars per
acre if said proposal should be accepted within ten
days from the time of this meeting _ was submitted to the Board.

Voted that said proposition be accepted, and
that Mr Cheever be requested to notify the owners
of such acceptance and request them to prepare deeds of conveyance.
