Mr Austin, as Chairman, submitted the fol-
lowing report: _

Report of Comee on Office of Treasurer _

"The Committee to whom was referred
the subject of 'requiring the Treasurer and Secretary to
perform their duties at the office of the Corporation'

Respectfully Report:

That they have had a conference with
Mr Bond, the Treasurer, who fully agreed with the Com-
mittee in opinion as to the necessity of such an arrange-
ment, but stating however, that his engagement would
prevent his holding the office of Treasurer, except under
the present arrangement. _

Your Committee is, nevertheless, unan-
imously of opinion, and do recommend, that the Treasurer
and Secretary of this Corporation be required to attend
to the duties pertaining to their office at the no. 16 Pem-
berton Square, between the hours of nine a.m. and
three p.m. of each working day, and that the Records,
Books of account and other papers of the Corporation be
kept at the same place, until otherwise ordered by
the Trustees.
