Trustees _ _ at 16 Pemberton Sq.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the new rooms of the Corporation
no. 16 Pemberton Square, on _

There were present the President and Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little,
Livermore, Lovejoy, Norcross, Rand and
Read _ 11.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Report of Comee to procure Rooms for Trustees _

Mr Rand for the Committee to procure and
fit up suitable rooms for the Trustees reported,
that the Committee had proceeded in the matter
of furnishing the rooms so far as to give the Trustees
a comfortable place for meeting, of which the Board
had ocular demonstration, _ the details of expense
they were not yet prepared to communicate.

Granite Railway Co. _ suit _

Mr Rand also introduced the subject of the
suit of the Granite Railway Company against
this Corporation, which was discussed but
no action was taken thereon. _

Trustees' Annual Report.

The President read the Annual report
of the Trustees, in print, which was accepted,
and ordered to be presented at the Annual Meeting.
