Trustees - _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on

There were present the President, and
Messrs Adams, Austin, Cheever, Little, Livermore,
Lovejoy and Read.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Report of Com. on Grounds on subject of Warming Chapel _

The President as chairman of the Committee on
Grounds read a report of the Committee on the subject
referred to them at the last meeting, in substance
recommending that measures be taken to warm
the Chapel for funerals, and indicating what the
Committee deemed the most practicable method
for so doing.

Rept accepted _ and Comee on Grounds authorized to Erect Furnace &c _

On motion of Mr Livermore,
Voted that the blank in the report for the
appointment of a Committee to cause the work to be
done be filled with "the Committee on Grounds."

The report was then accepted, and the
following vote recommended by the Committee
(with the blank filled) was adopted: _

"Voted that the Committee on Grounds be
appointed with instructions, if they shall deem
it expedient, to build a furnace outside of Mount
