Treasurer $1000 _

On motion of Mr Rand,
Voted that the salary of the Treasurer be one
thousand dollars for the present year, in full of
all services. ($1000.)

Superintend^t $2250 & house-rent &c _

On motion of Mr Rand,
Voted that the salary of the Superintendent be
twenty two hundred and fifty dollars, the use of
the house, and such wood as he needs for his
own use gathered from the premises. _ ($2250 &)c)

Gatekeeper $650 and Sunday allowance.

On motion of Mr Livermore,
Voted that the salary of the Gatekeeper be six
hundred and fifty dollars, and the usual Sunday
allowance provided in the by-laws. _ ($650 &c)

Com^ee to defend vs Granite Rail^y rechosen-

On motion of Mr Bowditch,
Voted that the Com^ee having charge of the suit
brought by the Granite Railway Company and W^m O'Donnell
against certain members of the Board of Trustes, consisting of

referred, Nov. 5. 1866. the application of Alexander M^cDonald
for leave to cancel his present lease and receive a new
one from the Corporation for the term of ten years,
