Boston Geo. Wm Bond, Treasurer _

This certifies that we have examined the books and
accounts of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn, for the year ending , and have found them
correctly kept and properly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers
for all payments charged.

The Certificates of Stocks and other evidences of property
were found in accordance with the statement in his accounts.

In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be a balance of
$385.32, and in the General Account a balance of $2.877.73,
both of which sums appear to be due to the Treasurer. _
