Trustees -
Report of Com. on Salaries taken from table _
It was agreed to take up the subject, acting upon
the question relating to the salary of each offices _ sep-
arately.
It was moved by Mr Rand,
The vote for adoption being insufficient, it was postponed _
That the salary of the Superintendent be the amount
recommended by the Committee viz. 2250. _
The question being taken, and then not appearing
to be five votes for its adoption,
Vote for postponet reconsidered _ and Report recommitted to same Comee
On motion of Mr Rand,
Voted that the whole question of salaries be
over until the next meeting.
Subsequently, on motion by Mr Norcross, it was
Voted that the vote whereby the report of the
Committee on Salaries be postponed to the next meeting
be reconsidred: _
It was then
Voted to recommit the report to
the same Committee with all accompanying papers.

On motion of Mr Read,
Voted that hereafter the meeting of the Trustees
be held at 10 o'clock instead of 11 o'clock _
Conveyance of land to Mary Hemenway authorized _ also acceptance of release by her _
On motion of Mr Norcross, it was
Voted that the Trustees will authorize the
conveyance of two small pieces of land west of Alice's
Fountain to Mrs Mary Hemenway for ornamental
ground, accepting at the same time the release by her
of an equivalent amount upon the southerly side of
