Trustees- Feb.y. 1866 _ meeting for Organization _

The first meeting of the Trustees for organi-
zation and business was held at the office of the
Corporation (33 School Street,) on Monday February
19^th 1866, at 11 O'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Adams, Austin,
Bigelow, Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore, Lovejoy,
Norcross, Rand and Read. _ 10

The record of the last meeting of the Trustees
and of the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors was read. _

Ballot for Officers and Committees

The Board then proceeded to the choice
of the Officers and Committees by ballot, and
they were declared to be unanimously chosen as
follows: _
