Some informal discussion ensued in relation to the
different ballots placed in the hands of the members
present, when

On motion of Charles Thompson Esq.

Voted that the meeting proceed to ballot for
trustees for the ensuing year. _

Committee to Receive and Count Votes for Trustees _

On motion of W^m B. Towne Esq.

Voted that a Committee of five be appointed to
receive, assort and count the votes for Trustees.

The chairman appointed

On motion of Jeffrey Richardson Esq.

Voted

That no single ballot and no collection
of proxy ballots shall be received and
counted unless marked with the name of
the depositor. _

After some delay in counting the votes.
