Trustees _ Dec^r 4, 1865.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held
on Monday December 4^th 1865, at 11
o'clock a.m. _

There were present the President and
Messrs Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever,
Norcross, Rand and Read. _ 8

Clerk pro tem.

The Secretary being absent, Bradford
Kingman was chosen clerk pro tem.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Appropriation for printing & distrib. Catalogue & plan _

The motion submitted at the last meeting,
authorizing the Committee on the Catalogue to
expend a sum not exceeding twenty three hun-
dred ^^{& fifty} dollars for the printing and distribution
of forty five hundred copies each of the cata-
logue and plan came up first in order. _
and the motion for such appropriation was
adopted.

Treas^r authorized to settle with late Gatekeeper.

Voted that the Treasurer have full
power to settle with Mr Derby the
late Gatekeeper, agreeably to the
By laws.
