Trustees - .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on

There were present, the President, Messrs
Adams, Austin, Cheever, Little and Norcross.

The record of the last previous meeting was
read. _

Acceptance of Coolidge Av. by City of Camb. & Watertown referred to Mr Little to confer with said municipalities _

Mr Little submitted a letter of inquiry from
Mrs Wm P. Winchester respecting the liability of this Cor-
poration to keep Coolidge Avenue in repair, and
complaining of its condition for travel; also a note from
the Superintendent upon the same subject. -

Upon motion by Mr Austin,

Voted that Mr Little be a Committee to confer
with the municipal authorities of Cambridge and
Watertown in relation to the acceptance of such por-
tion of said road as may lie within their respective
limits, and report thereon.

Quest. of Liability of this Corpn under late Income Law of mass. referred

The Treasurer stated that he had received
from the Treasurer of this Commonwealth a notice
directing him to make the return required by Chap.
283 of the acts of 1865 in relation to tax upon certain
corporations; and asking instruction in relation
thereto.
