Applicaton of Thos. J. Bayley for pay for derrick renewed _ Re-referred to mr Cheever _

Mr Thomas J Bayley, by permission made a
statement respecting his derrick left at Mount Auburn
several years since which he had found there in a dilapidated
state, and for which he thought he ought to be compensated.
He came before the Trustees upon the suggestion of Mr
Cheever
, the Committee to whom his case was referred
