This certifies that we have examined the books and
accounts of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn, for the year ending December 31, 1864, and
have found them correctly kept and properly balanced,
with satisfactory vouchers for all payments charged. _

The Certificates of Stocks and other evidences of
property were found in accordance with the statements
in his accounts.

In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be a
balance due him of six hundred and fifty four and 46/100
dollars, and there is due from him in general account
eighteen hundred and ninety-six 28/100 dollars.
