Report of Com^ee on Lots on the Repair Fund _

Mr Norcross for the Committee on Lots further sub-
mitted the following report: _

"The Committee on Lots to whom was referred
the communication of the Secretary, respecting the Repair,
Guarantee and proposed Indigent Fund, ask leave to
Report that from the small number of proprietors who
have thus far avoided themselves of the opportunity to provide
for the perpetual repair of their lots, your Committee are
of opinion that the Proprietors generally are not aware
of the provision in the ByLaws relating to the Guarantee
Fund, and would therefore suggest to the Trustees that
the Secretary be authorized, by printed notice – to call
their attention to it.

As regards the proposed Indigent Fund your
Committee are of opinon that it is inexpedient for
the Trustees to move in the matter at this time." _

The report was accepted. _

The following vote was then recommended by the Committee,
and was adopted. ~~
