Trustees - Dec^r 5. 1864.

The regular monthy meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday December 5^th 1864, 10 O'clock a.m.

There wre present the President and Messrs Cheever,
Livermore, Nazro, Norcross, and Rand.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report upon cutting of trees _

The President for the Committee on Grounds
submitted a Report of which the following is a copy: _

"That by statements of the Secretary the Super-
intendent has been furnished with a copy of the
vote passed relative to removing trees in the Ceme-
tery, and also that the Committee have furnished
the Superintendent with written instructions as
to the mode of performing this duty."

Application for land at reduced price rejected _

Mr Norcross for the Committee on Lots, to whom
was referred the application of Dr Cha^s Cullis, for a suitable
lot of land in the Cemetery, at a reduced price for
the use of the "Home for Indigent and Incurable Consumptives"
