Trustees ~ Sept. 5. 1864.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Monday, September 5, 1864, at 10
o'clock a.m. _

There were present, the President and Messrs
Austin, Cheever, Crocker, Little, Livermore,
Nazro and Norcross. ~ 8

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Grant of $200, in addⁿ to salary of Sup^t for this year _

On motion by Mr Crocker,

Voted that a grant of two hundred dollars ($200)
be made in addition to the regular salary of the Super-
intendent for the present year. ~

Grant of $50. in addⁿ to Gatekeeper's salary for this year _

Mr Nazro, for the Committee to which the request of the
Gatekeeper for increase of salary was referred, reported
verbally recommending that his salary for the present
year be increased to six hundred dollars ($600.) _

Without action upon the report,

Upon motion by Mr Norcross,

Voted, that a grant of fifty dollars be made
in addition to the Gatekeeper's salary for the present year. ~

Fee for making and recording deeds & transfers increased to $2.

A written application by the Secretary for an increase of
the fees for making and recording deeds and transfers was presented.

Upon motion by Mr Norcross,

Voted that the fee for making and recording deeds or trans-
fers be two dollars each, instead of one dollar heretofore
charged. _
