Trustees _ March 7. 1864 _ Motions adopted to discontinue Suit vs J. Mann _ and Refund $1000.

After some discussion the question was first
taken upon the acceptance of the report. _

The yeas and nays were called, and the vote upon the
acceptance appeared to be unanimous. _

Mr Rand then moved the adoption of
the following votes, as recommended in the report:

That the Committee on the prosecution of the claim
against Mr Mann be instructed to discontinue
the suit against him: _

That the Treasurer be directed to refund
to Mr Mann the sum of ($1000) one thousand
dollars deposited in his hands without interest.

Upon these motions, the yeas and nays being
called,
