Upon motion by Mr Rand,
Voted that the election of persons to fill the
offices of Secretary and Treasurer be postponed
until the report of the Committee just appointed.
The Trustees then proceeded to choose the remaining
officers and committees, in the manner pre-
scribed in the by-laws _ as follows: _
