the chairman declared that the twelve
gentlemen first above-named were
chosen Trustees for the ensuing year. _

meeting Adjourned _

Mr Samuel Hatch then moved that
the meeting do adjourn.

The question was taken, and upon a
count, the motion was declared to be adopted,
forty six having voted for and forty five against
adjournment.
