motion to request Trustees to discontinue suit vs J. Mann. _

Mr J M. Wightman moved that the
incoming board of Trustees be requested to
discontinue the lawsuit against Mr Mann.

Mr William Brigham moved that the
subject of Mr Wightman's motion be referred to
the next board of Trustees, which motion was sec-
onded. _
