Trustees _ June 1, 1863 _

The Trustees of Mount Auburn held their reg-
ular meeting on Monday June 1, 1863, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Andrews, Austin, Big-
elow, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Little, Rand
Read and Sleeper = 10 _

The record of the last meeting of the Trustees, and of
the adjourned annual meeting of the Proprietors was
read. _

Com^ee on Suit vs J. Mann report Expense of Suit _

Mr Curtis, in behalf of the Committee to prosecute the
claim of this Corporation vs Jon^a Mann reported: _

That the amount of expenses paid for the inves-
tigation of the Superintendent's accounts and of the prosecu-
tion of said suit, is, by the Treasurer's Statement ($2.161.57)
twenty one hundred and sixty one & 57/100 dollars: _
that the amount now due to the counsel for the Corpor-
ation and incidental expenses is (550.92)
five hundred and fifty dollars and 92/100 _

Adj^t of meeting _

On motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that when this meeting adjourn it be to Friday
next, at 10 o'clock a.m. for the purpose of hearing the report of
the Auditor in the above named case, and for such other business
as may come before the meeting.

Removal of Tree _

The question of removing a tree near Mrs Wingate's lot (363)
was referred to the Committee on Grounds, with full power,
