of time during which this way has been open
to the public, we should think that it
had been dedicated to and accepted by
the public and is to be kept in repair by
the towns in which it is lies. But if this
case does not fall within this principle
of law, it is unclear that the Corporation
of Mount Auburn is under no obligation
to keep the way in repair. This must be
done by those that make use of it.

Inquiry abt taking gravel from Coolidge Ave refd to Comee on Grounds.

Mr Nazro moved that the Committee on Grounds
be requested to inqure into the practicability
of taking gravel from Coolidge Avenue and
report thereon, _ and the motion was adopted.

Treasurer represents his Compensation to be inadequate _

Mr Bond stated that by the devolving upon the
Treasurer of the duty of collecting and paying
all monies for the Corporation, increased labor
in ^the keeping of books and otherwise had been
imposed upon him & that the compensation of
the same was inadequate.

Voted, that the subject be referred to
the Committee on Finance
