Trustees _ Jany. 6. 1862.

The monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
on Monday January 6, 1862, at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow,
Cheever, Rand and Read: but no business was
transacted and the meeting was adjourned to
Monday January 28^th inst. at 10 o'clock a.m. to
hear the reports of the President, Treasurer &c and
for other business. _

A meeting of the Trustees was held according
to adjournment on Monday January 27^th 1862 at
10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow,
Cheever, Crocker, Little, Nazro & Rand. _

The record of the last meeting and the subse-
quent memoranda were read

Annual Rep^t of Trustees _ accepted _

The President read the annual report of the
Trustees, which by motion of Mr Little was accep-
ted and ordered to be printed

Treas^r made statement _ Report not ready _

The Treas^r stated that in consequence of not
getting, as yet, from the late Superintendent his ac-
count of work &c. up to the 1^st of September, he
was not ^^yet prepared to report, but he gave a brief
verbal statement of the general receipts and expenditures
and it was understood that the report would be presen-
ted to the meeting next Monday Morning
