Conveyances to be made as to secure certain spaces for Public Grounds with Plans of same _

And the Committee recommend that such con-
veyances be made as shall secure the said objects,
and shall prevent interments or the erection of
new buildings or monuments, on the said several
spaces, or their appropriation to any other uses
than those hitherto allowed.

And the Committee that the said
conveyances, together with suitable plans of the
said spaces to be forever kept open, be entered
on the records of the Corporation. And they also
recommend that plans of the said spaces be en-
tered on the large sectional maps now in process
of being made by Messrs Shedd and Edson.

Drains &c to be indicated on Sectional Survey.

And they also recommend that the situation
of all drains, water pipes, cess-pools, reservoirs, water-
locks, and gates, be carefully laid down in ^said sectional
maps.

Adopted by yea & nay vote _

Upon motion by Mr Nazro,

Voted that the question be taken by yeas and
nays. The question was then taken and the rec-
ommendations of the Committee were adopted by
the following vote:

Yeas. Messrs. Andrews, Austin, Curtis, Bigelow, Cheever,
Little, Rand & Read
Nays Messsrs Crocker & Nazro.
