the plants, lease the Green house, or employ
a suitable person to take care of the plants.

Reservation of certain grounds _ laid on table till next meeting.

The printed recommendations for the reservation
of certain spaces or grounds to be forever kept open,
was then taken from the table and briefly dis-
cussed.

On motion of Mr Curtis,

Voted that the subject of the reservation of
spaces be laid on the table to the next meeting,
and that special notice be given to members of
the Board that the subject will then come up
for action.

Finance Comee authorized to have accts. of last Supt properly posted _

Upon motion by Mr Nazro,

Voted that the Committee on Finance be
authorized to employ a suitable person to write
up the books and accounts of the old Superinten-
dent, and put them in suitable condition for
reference and use. _

Refusal to accept Granite Front of new Tombs _

On motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the Committee on Grounds be instructed
by this Board to give notice to the contractors for
the granite front of the new catacombs tombs in
course of construction between Rosebay and
Culvert Avenues that this Corporation will not
accept said granite front on account of imperfec-
tions in the stones and for defective construction.
